Recovery Fest KAV

Healing isn’t always easy. And opening yourself up to people, especially in a new environment, can feel… overwhelming. If you’ve ever found yourself just wanting a place where you can exhale, where no one’s judging you or expecting you to have it all together, Recovery Fest might be just what your heart needs right now.

Happening on Saturday, July 19 from 1–5 PM at the Emerge Center in Xenia, Ohio (2960 W Enon Rd), Recovery Fest isn’t some big flashy event, it’s a gathering of real people, sharing real stories, and supporting one another. Whether you’re just beginning your recovery journey, have been on the path for years, or are simply searching for connection, this is a space where you’re not alone.

There will be free food, live music, and stories from people who have been through hard times and come out on the other side. Still, there will be smiles that don’t come with any expectations, talks that don’t feel forced, and a community that lets you be yourself without any masks or expectations.

We know that going into a crowd isn’t easy for some people. This event is meant to feel friendly and low-key on purpose because of this. They will be kind and willing to connect with you, whether you come alone or with a friend.

You’ll also get the chance to meet folks from Izzy’s House, where we offer sober living spaces for people who need structure, support, and a place to start fresh. We’ll be there to answer questions, share stories, and just talk if that’s what you need. KAV Health Group will also be on site, offering info about their professional recovery services and how they walk with individuals through both clinical and emotional healing.

Attending is free. Not required. Don’t get excited. Everyone is welcome to come and be a part of something helpful.

Contact emerge@wearemosaic.org for more information. You are welcome, and we hope you feel safe, seen, and helped.

You’re never alone in your recovery journey!
